Join us for a Pro-bono workshop with Ruchi on the 17th of October to learn how you can combat negativity drawing concepts from positive psychology. This workshop is interactive and engagement-driven.

What are Happiness Habits?

Happiness Habits are simple practices, backed by science, that have been shown to increase well-being. These habits can help develop more sustainable happiness so that you are better able to cope with stress, more resilient to anxiety and depression, and equipped to bounce back from life's tough times.

What will you learn in this workshop?

A leading positive psychologist once said “Happiness is not a spectator sport” In this workshop, you will learn what really are Happiness Habits, according to psychology. And how you can implement those Habits in your daily life to practice happiness and be more positive.

Who is taking the workshop?

The workshop will be facilitated by Ruchi Bakhai who is an Entrepreneur, Founder of EduPsych, and an experienced Psychologist with an experience of over 5+ years. She calls herself, ‘passionately curious’ --to have the curiosity, the desire, the thirst for wanting more, the challenge to try the 'new' so as to experience what her schema can bring to her, -- has become one angle of the life that she lives.
