About the Helpline
The Covid-19 pandemic and the measures enforced to contain it have put forward an unprecedented challenge for all of humanity. In these times of uncertainty, not only is our physical health vulnerable, but so is our mental health.
But you are not alone. If you or a loved one is experiencing emotional or social strain, you can reach out to our volunteers trained at psychology here
Our organisation is pro-bono, meaning that it is for the good of the larger public and completely free of cost. Our services are unconditionally available to anyone seeking our help irrespective of financial ability.
We believe in complete confidentiality and respect our callers' privacy more than anything else. Any information discussed between you and our expert telephone operators is absolutely secure.
The telephone operators associated with us are trained, psychological experts who will treat you with the utmost care and sensitivity. We understand that opening up to someone is difficult, but we make sure the process is a comfortable one.
IMPACT OF THE HELPLINE
We track our progress through multiple matrixes, few of which have been shown below. Our goal, which is to educate people about mental health is actualised when we get your constant support be in through attending our Webinars, sharing our posts, tuning in to our Instagram Lives or just advocating on our behalf.
